Welcome to Terms and Conditions of yonomoneyrummy.com and the Money Rummy mobile application. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Player”, or “You”) and Money Rummy (“Platform”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”).
By accessing the website, downloading the APK, registering an account, or participating in any real-money games on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. User Eligibility and Legal Restrictions
Real-money gaming is strictly regulated in India. To use our services, you must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Creating an account as a minor is a severe violation of our policies and applicable laws.
- Capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own financial actions.
- Restricted Territories: Due to varying state laws regarding games of skill with real-money wagers, users residing in or logging in from the following states are strictly prohibited from playing on Money Rummy: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana.
- Note: If our geo-location systems detect you accessing the app from a restricted state, your account will be immediately blocked, and any real-money wallet balance will be withheld.
2. Account Registration & Security Terms and Conditions
- Single Account Policy: A user is permitted to create and operate only one (1) account per device, IP address, and mobile number. Creating multiple accounts (e.g., to abuse the ₹480 Welcome Bonus) will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
- Account Verification (KYC): We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation (such as a PAN card or Aadhaar card) at any time, specifically before processing high-value withdrawals, to comply with Indian Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTPs and passwords. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.
3. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits: All deposits must be made using your own legally acquired funds via the official payment gateways integrated into the app.
- Gameplay Turnover (Wagering): Funds deposited into your wallet cannot be withdrawn immediately. You must utilize the deposited amount to participate in cash games (turnover requirement) before the funds convert into a withdrawable “Winnings” balance.
- Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed 24/7 via automated API routing (UPI and IMPS).
- Banking Details: Withdrawals will only be processed to a Bank Account or UPI ID that matches the user’s verified identity. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect UPI ID or Bank Account entered by the user.
4. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play Policy
Money Rummy is committed to providing a 100% fair and level playing field. Any attempt to compromise the integrity of our games will be dealt with severely.
- No Bots or Emulators: The use of automated scripts, bots, Android emulators, or any third-party software to interact with the game is strictly prohibited.
- Anti-Collusion & Chip Dumping: Players caught intentionally losing games to transfer funds to another player (chip dumping) or communicating with opponents outside the app to gain an unfair advantage (collusion) will face immediate account termination.
- Algorithmic Integrity: Our Random Number Generator (RNG) ensures completely unbiased outcomes. Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or manipulate our servers will result in legal action.
5. Bonuses and Agent Program Terms
- Bonus Utilization: Promotional funds, including the Welcome Bonus, Daily Login Rewards, and Deposit Multipliers, are subject to specific platform rules. They cannot be directly withdrawn and must be wagered according to the app’s internal logic.
- Agent Commissions: Earnings from the 3-Tier Agent Program are legitimate passive income. However, attempting to refer yourself by creating fake accounts on the same IP network to generate commission is considered fraud and will void all agent earnings.
6. Taxation (TDS Compliance)
As per the Income Tax Act of India (Section 194BA), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at the rate of 30% will be applicable on Net Winnings at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year. The platform will automatically calculate and deduct this amount where legally mandated, and users will be provided with the necessary tax certificates.
7. Limitation of Liability Terms and Conditions
- System Outages: While we boast a 99.9% uptime, Money Rummy operates over the internet and depends on third-party banking servers. We are not liable for financial losses incurred due to sudden internet disconnections on your device, bank server downtimes, or delayed UTR settlements.
- Financial Risk: By playing on Money Rummy, you acknowledge that you are participating in games of skill where real money is wagered. You accept that you may lose money, and the Company is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the immediate right to suspend, freeze, or permanently delete your account, without prior notice, if:
- You breach any of these Terms and Conditions.
- We suspect you of money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.
- You exhibit abusive or threatening behavior towards our customer support staff.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
